PALETTE ART STUDIO POLICY
Class Registration and Payment Options: Students may register online (Paypal or Credit Card), by mail, or by phone. Online registration is only available for some classes. Please read the class description for registration options. If paying by mail, make checks payable to Palette Art Studio. Payment is due upon registration. Tuition is not refundable. LATE PAYMENT FEE: $20
Palette Art Studio does not prorate the course fee for missed classes.
Classes require a minimum of 5 students to open. In the event that a student has signed up for a class with less than 5 people, we will contact the student and either postpone the class or reimburse them.
Inclement Weather: Palette Art Studio closes for inclement weather when the Woodbridge school system is closed. Contact us at (475) 282-1802 or mail@paletteartstudio.com if in doubt. For inquiries about our Cheshire location closings, please call us. Our Cheshire location may be open even if Cheshire schools are not. Class sessions which are not held due to inclement weather or instructor absence will be rescheduled.

Ongoing Classes Policy
For Ongoing classes, a non-refundable registration fee of $100 must be paid before the end of June, in order to reserve a spot for the following school year. This fee will be applied to the material fee for first semester of the new school year.
Make-Up Policy for Ongoing Classes: If you have to miss a lesson please notify us in advance. We will provide a maximum of TWO make-ups per semester with prior notice. Please, note that a missed make-up lesson can not be returned. Make-up lessons cannot be carried over to the next semester.

10 Session Classes Policy
Cancellation Policy: Students will be notified if a class is cancelled and the full class fee will be refunded. No refunds will be given to students who voluntarily cancel. If a student must cancel due to an emergency situation, the remaining fee may be applied toward another class or a gift certificate.
Make-Up Policy for 10 Class Sessions: We will provide a maximum of one make-up class, in case of emergency.
