PALETTE ART STUDIO POLICY
Class Registration: Students must make an appointment to meet us before registering for classes. Please email us at [email protected] to schedule an appointment.
Tuition is $380 for 10 classes. Payment is due upon registration for new students, or by specified calendar dates for ongoing students. Tuition is not refundable. LATE PAYMENT FEE: $20
A non-refundable registration/material fee of $140 must be paid in order to reserve a spot for each semester.
Class Make-Up Policy: If you have to miss a lesson please notify us in advance. We will provide a maximum of TWO make-ups per semester with prior notice. Please note that a missed make-up lesson can not be made up again. Make-up lessons cannot be carried over to the next semester. Palette Art Studio does not prorate the course fee for missed classes.
Classes require a minimum of 5 students to open. In the event that a student has signed up for a class with less than 5 people, we will contact the student and either postpone the class or reimburse them.
Inclement Weather: Palette Art Studio closes for inclement weather in the case of severe storms. Contact us at [email protected] if in doubt. Class sessions which are not held due to inclement weather or other emergency will be rescheduled.
Artwork: All artwork created by students is property of the student and should be taken home once finished and dry. In cases where artwork is left behind, we will do our best to reach out to the student to arrange for artwork pick-up. Palette Art Studio reserves the right to use images of student's artwork for promotional purposes.
